Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

No. Once you have completed necessary rentals forms and 50% deposit is received, your rental will officially be confirmed.

We do charge delivery fees based off of the miles in our delivery area which will reflect on your quote. Tables and chairs can be setup for an additional fee. Please don’t hesitate to ask for further questions.

Typical rentals are 6 hours; however due to drop and pick up schedules, you may have the unit for a longer period. We will coordinate with you prior to your event the delivery schedule.

The earlier the better! First come, first served with each unit. Reservations can be made at any time. we do accept last minute requests and will communicate availability at that time.

We accept cash, Zelle, Apple Cash, business checks free of charge. We accept Venmo and credit/ debit cards with a 3% transaction fee added.

Yes, We strongly believe in this and carry year- round liability insurance. Upon request, we can provide you with a COI.

Yes. We use 18 inch stakes to secure inflatables. You will be responsible for ensuring there are no irrigation or other utility lines beneath the area for set up. If in doubt please call 811 to have area marked. It is a free service. We will not be held responsible for any damaged pipes and/or utility lines.

We Reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental prior to delivery if it is severe weather conditions and believe that ourselves, equipment or attendees are in danger. Examples of severe weather include high Winds 15 miles per hour or greater, excessive rain, flooding, thunderstorms, hail, lightning. If weather causes a cancellation on your event, we will work together to reschedule for another date (subject to availability).

If your plans change after confirming your rental, we will gladly offer a credit towards another event date within the same calendar year ( subject to availability). If you choose to cancel after reservation has been made you will forfeit your entire deposit (as it was unavailable for others to rent). If there are extenuating circumstances please reach out and let us know to discuss options. 

Please keep silly string, slime, paint, cigarettes, candy, food, drinks away from inflatables. If such items are used it will incur an additional fee which can be up to full cost to replace the unit.
